Donorge
This site with a name sounding similar to sourceforge has a simple, interesting interface. The blurb says:
Donorge is a service dedicated towards sending and receiving donations. On Donorge you can see how items relate, allowing donors to make smarter donations and see who can be trusted. The motivation behind the open development of Donorge is to help support and increase the effect of donations made towards interests, needs, ideas and organization, either localized or connected around the world.

One can specify a certain percentage of donations received to be donated to another related charity. It also has a testing site: http://testing.donorge.org/ which is a good place to test all its features.
